IBIOS Feature

Your team gets better. Without training days.

Coming soon: IBIOS AI coaching will review your recorded calls, spot the patterns that turn enquiries into jobs, and share them with your team. It is not live yet. What is live today is call reports and call briefings from the recordings your phone provider already makes.

Why does staff coaching rarely happen?

Every business has one or two people who are noticeably better at turning enquiries into jobs. They ask slightly different questions. They handle price conversations differently. They follow up at the right moment rather than too late.

The problem is that what they do well is invisible. It happens in conversations that nobody else hears. The patterns are never written down, so the rest of the team never gets to learn from them.

Formal coaching sessions are the conventional answer. They require time you do not have, a manager who can identify the right patterns, and staff who will act on general feedback. In practice they rarely happen. Coming soon: IBIOS coaching insights, built from the call reports it already writes, so coaching does not depend on finding spare time.

What can IBIOS do before and after a call today?

Call briefings and call reports are live today. Coaching notes on how each call was handled are coming soon.

Before the call

Call briefing (live today)

IBIOS prepares call briefings from your GoHighLevel call history, so the person picking up a customer knows what was said and agreed last time. Call briefings are live today.

After the call

Call report (live), coaching notes (coming soon)

After the call, IBIOS writes a call report from the recording your phone provider already makes: what was discussed and what was agreed, filed against the customer record. Coaching notes on how the call was handled are coming soon, not live yet.

What will AI call coaching spot and share when it launches?

Coming soon, not live yet. These are the patterns AI coaching is designed to look for.

Opening questions that lead to booked surveys

Spots which opening approaches in enquiry calls correlate with a booked survey. Shares the pattern with team members who are not using it yet.

Price objections that close anyway

Identifies how price challenges are handled on calls that still end in an accepted quote, without dropping the quote value. Shares the language that works with the whole team.

Follow-up timing that wins quotes

Spots how soon after a quote the follow-ups that win work tend to happen in your business, and sets reminders so every quote is chased inside that window.

Enquiry types that convert fastest

Spots which enquiry categories (full bathroom, shower room, tiling only) convert quickest for your business specifically. Helps the team prioritise and allocate follow-up effort.

Customer signals that predict cancellation

Recognises language patterns in interactions that historically precede a job being cancelled or a quote being withdrawn. Flags these to the manager before they become a lost job.

Which calls are worth a manager listening to?

Nobody has time to listen to every recording. Coming soon: IBIOS coaching will point the owner or manager to the few calls that deserve attention, such as these. Today, the live call reports let you read what was said instead of listening.

  • A quote was promised on the call but never sent.
  • The caller showed strong buying intent but did not go ahead.
  • A competitor was mentioned and the conversation moved on without addressing it.

Questions about AI Coaching

How does IBIOS know what good looks like for my specific business?

From your own call history, once AI coaching launches; it is coming soon and not live yet. The aim is to pick out the patterns that led to booked surveys and accepted quotes in your business, not generic industry benchmarks.

Does each team member see their own coaching or does the manager see everything?

Both, when AI coaching launches; it is coming soon. Team members will see coaching on their own calls, managers will see team-wide patterns, and access rights per role will control who sees what.

What is live today, if coaching is coming soon?

Call reports and call briefings are live today. IBIOS writes a report from the recordings your phone provider already makes (GoHighLevel), files it against the customer, and prepares call briefings; coaching insights are coming soon.

How is coaching shared with staff — is it a report they have to read?

No, that is the plan for when it launches; AI coaching is coming soon. Coaching notes are meant to arrive in the daily flow, next to the call report, rather than as a separate document staff have to set time aside for.

Will it tell staff when they did something wrong in front of others?

No. When AI coaching launches (it is coming soon), individual coaching will be private to the team member, and managers will see patterns rather than a call-by-call critique of each person.

Do I need a dedicated sales manager for this to be useful?

No. In many small businesses the owner is the sales manager. When coaching insights launch (coming soon), they will go to whoever you choose in plain English; today the live call reports already go to the same people.

Which IBIOS product line includes AI coaching?
