This policy is provided by IBIOS Limited (company number NI743167). It explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on this website and in the IBIOS app.

This website

• No advertising or tracking cookies. This website does not set advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies, and it carries no advertising pixels or ad-tracking tags (such as Meta or Google Ads tags).
• Analytics without cookies. We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which we host ourselves at analytics.allforone.ai. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It does not identify you or follow you across websites. It records page views, the referring site, your country, and your browser and device type, all in aggregate.
• One sign-up event. When someone joins the waiting list, the analytics tool counts a "Waitlist signup" event, with only whether a referral or investor link was used. No name, email or other personal data is sent with it.
• Hosting and network. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse. These are exempt from consent because the site cannot run safely without them.

Because the site uses no non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

The IBIOS app

• Signing in. The IBIOS web and mobile apps keep your signed-in session on your device (in browser storage or the app's secure storage). This is strictly necessary to keep you signed in and is not used for tracking.
• Settings. The app may store simple preferences on your device, such as your last-used view.
• Connected services. When you connect QuickBooks, Xero or Google, you sign in on their own website. That website may set its own cookies, which are covered by its own cookie policy.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies or storage, some parts of the site or the app may stop working.
