This policy forms part of the Terms of Service of IBIOS Limited (company number NI743167). It applies to every business that uses IBIOS and to all of its users.

1. The basic rule

Use IBIOS lawfully and honestly. Do not use it in a way that harms other customers, our systems, your own customers or anyone else. You are responsible for everything done under your account.

2. Things you must not do

  • Break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Store or send unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene or discriminatory content.
  • Send marketing or other messages that break the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), data protection law or telecoms rules. For example, you must not message people without a lawful basis or the consent the law requires.
  • Record calls or meetings without giving the notices and getting any consent the law requires.
  • Pretend to be another person or organisation.
  • Upload malware, or try to get unauthorised access to IBIOS, to other customers' data or to our systems.
  • Probe, scan or test our security or the separation between customers without our written permission. Please report security issues to us instead (section 5).
  • Reverse engineer the software, except where the law allows it.
  • Resell IBIOS or provide it to others, except where your plan allows.
  • Use IBIOS to build a competing product or to train a competing AI model.

3. Using the AI features responsibly

  • Check AI output before you rely on it, and before any AI-drafted message goes to a customer.
  • Do not use the AI to create deceptive, fraudulent or harmful content.
  • Do not present AI output as professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
  • Do not try to get around usage limits, safety controls or content filters.
  • Do not enter health data or other special category data about your customers.

4. Fair use

We apply usage limits and rate limits to protect the service for everyone. If your use is far beyond normal business patterns, we will contact you before taking action, unless the use is harming the service or other customers.

5. Security issues

If you find a security weakness, please email hello@allforone.ai with "Security" in the subject line. Do not exploit it or make it public. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated.

6. Other providers' rules

When you use a connected service, such as QuickBooks, Xero, Google, Wix, GoHighLevel or ShopWired, you must also follow that provider's rules.

7. If this policy is broken

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may warn you, disable the content or setting concerned, limit or suspend features or the whole account, end the agreement, or report unlawful activity to the authorities. Our response will be proportionate, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

8. Reporting misuse
