Every customer, every job, every quote — in one record.
IBIOS CRM was built for job-based businesses, not software sales. Customer records link to jobs, jobs link to quotes, and quotes link to supplier orders, payments, and installation dates — all in one place.
Auto-generated references. Quote versioning. Full audit log. AI Receptionist (coming soon) logs call summaries to the job automatically.
How does the IBIOS CRM work?
A job-centred record structure built around the way job-based businesses actually work.
Customer created
A customer record is created at first enquiry. Auto-generated ref CUST-NNNN. Full contact details, notes, and communication history in one view.
Job raised
A job is raised against the customer (JOB-NNNN). Bathroom dimensions, installer assignment, survey date, and installation date recorded here.
Everything linked
Quotes (QUOT-NNNN-vN), supplier orders, payments, and call records all link to the job. Nothing lives in a separate system.
AI keeps it updated
The AI Receptionist (coming soon) logs call summaries to the job automatically. New enquiries create new records without a team member present.
Who is the IBIOS CRM for?
IBIOS CRM is most valuable for businesses where a single customer job involves multiple quotes, multiple suppliers, and an installation.
Bathroom showrooms
A bathroom job involves a survey, a quote, a revised quote, several supplier orders, and an installation date. All of it lives in one IBIOS job record.
Kitchen retailers
Kitchen projects run for weeks. IBIOS tracks every version of the specification and every supplier order against the one job.
Tile and flooring showrooms
Multiple products from multiple suppliers with shade-lot requirements. The job record holds the complete order history and delivery status.
Plumbing and heating contractors
Service contractors benefit from job-linked call records. The AI Receptionist (coming soon) knows the job status and answers customer calls accurately.

Questions about the IBIOS CRM
Does IBIOS have a built-in CRM?
Yes. IBIOS includes a job-centred CRM that manages customer records, job records, and the full lifecycle from first enquiry through to completed installation. Every customer and job has an auto-generated reference (CUST-NNNN and JOB-NNNN). Quotes, supplier orders, installation dates, and payment records are all linked to the job — not held in separate systems.
Can I import my existing customer data?
Yes. Talk to us when you join: we help bring your existing customer records across from a spreadsheet so you do not re-enter them by hand.
Does the CRM track quote versions?
Yes. Every quote in IBIOS is versioned (QUOT-NNNN-v1, QUOT-NNNN-v2, and so on). When a customer asks for a revision, you create a new version rather than overwriting the original. All versions are accessible from the job record. You can see what changed between versions and which version was eventually approved.
Can the AI Receptionist (coming soon) update the CRM automatically?
When it launches, yes. When the IBIOS AI Receptionist (coming soon) takes a call, it will log a call summary to the relevant job record automatically. If a new caller enquires about a job, the AI will create a note against the job. If a new lead calls, a new customer record will be created. All AI activity is logged in the full audit trail.
How is IBIOS CRM different from a general-purpose CRM?
General-purpose CRMs are designed around sales pipelines and contact databases. IBIOS CRM is designed around customer jobs — quotes, supplier orders, shade-lot matching, installation scheduling, and payment. Job statuses (pending, surveyed, approved, in_progress, completed, cancelled) reflect the actual workflow of a job-based business, not a software sales funnel.
