AI Receptionist (Coming soon)

Coming soon

Coming soon: an AI receptionist that will answer when you can’t. When it launches, it will greet callers in your business name, capture their details, book appointments into your calendar, and send your team a one-line summary before the caller has hung up. When a caller asks about product availability, the AI will check your live stock before answering rather than guessing.

How does Quote Studio turn a supplier PDF or photo into quote lines?

Use on its own or with other IBIOS products

A customer sends you a supplier PDF, a scanned image, or a photo of a handwritten list. You upload it to IBIOS. The AI reads every line item, identifies the product code, description, and price, and gives each item a confidence score. High confidence items are approved automatically. Anything uncertain is flagged for your review. Then IBIOS generates a professional, branded customer quotation.
