IBIOS Marketplace

Orders from your web shop flow in. Stock sync coming soon.

Orders from your ShopWired or Wix web shop flow into IBIOS today. Coming soon: stock updates pushed to your channels, with shade-lot awareness to prevent overselling on a specific batch.

Founding prices for waiting-list members. Use Marketplace on its own or with other IBIOS products. Shopify, WooCommerce and other channel integrations are coming soon.

How do you manage web shop orders and showroom stock in one place?

A shop or showroom with an e-commerce presence runs two separate stock counts. Products sold online need to be deducted from the showroom total by hand. Orders placed through the website live in one system; orders placed in the showroom live in another. Reconciling them takes time every day.

For tile and bathroom retailers, the problem is compounded by shade lots. A website selling tiles needs to know not just how many tiles are in stock, but how many are in shade lot 1A versus shade lot 1B. Selling tiles from two different shade lots against one order creates expensive returns and customer disputes.

IBIOS Marketplace brings orders from your ShopWired or Wix web shop into IBIOS today, so there is one place to manage orders. Coming soon: stock sync across channels from the IBIOS inventory, with one stock count and shade-lot awareness built in.

IBIOS is made by IBIOS Limited (NI743167), Northern Ireland; access is by waiting list and there is no free trial. Related: inventory control with shade lots, order management, software for tile showrooms and tile shade lot matching explained.

What does IBIOS Marketplace include?

Six capabilities designed for any business selling across multiple channels.

Multi-channel stock sync (coming soon)

Coming soon: your IBIOS inventory will be the single source of truth, with stock levels updated across connected channels when a sale is made or a goods receipt is logged.

Orders from your web shop flow in

Live today for ShopWired and Wix: orders placed on your web shop flow into IBIOS automatically. They are linked to customer records and create jobs in the same way as orders placed in the showroom.

Shade-lot aware stock sync (coming soon)

Coming soon: stock sync will respect shade-lot boundaries. Channels will see the quantity available in a specific batch, preventing the sale of tiles from multiple shade lots against a single order.

Supplier reorder on low stock (coming soon)

Coming soon: set a minimum stock threshold per product, and IBIOS will raise a draft supplier order when stock falls below it. You will approve before anything is sent.

Pay by link for wholesale orders

Wholesale customers placing large orders can pay via a IBIOS-generated payment link or QR code. Stripe and SumUp supported. Payment reconciled automatically to the job record.

Cross-channel reporting

Sales, stock levels, and order volumes across all channels in a single IBIOS report view. No exporting from multiple platforms and combining in a spreadsheet.

How is IBIOS Marketplace priced?

On its own or with other IBIOS products

Founding prices for waiting-list members are explained on the pricing page. Marketplace can be used on its own or together with other IBIOS products.

What do people ask about IBIOS Marketplace?

What channels does IBIOS Marketplace connect to?

Today, order sync is live for ShopWired and Wix: orders from your web shop flow into IBIOS. Other channels, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and eBay, are coming soon. Pushing stock levels out to your channels is also coming soon. We will confirm each channel when it launches.

Does IBIOS Marketplace prevent overselling?

Coming soon. Overselling prevention depends on pushing stock levels out to your channels, which is not built yet. When it launches, stock sync will be shade-lot aware: if your stock of a tile is split across two shade lots, IBIOS will not let an online channel sell more of one shade lot than is physically in stock, even if the total tile quantity appears sufficient.

Can IBIOS Marketplace trigger a supplier reorder automatically?

Coming soon. Low-stock and reorder alerts are not live yet. When they launch, you will set minimum stock thresholds per product, and when stock falls below the threshold IBIOS will raise a draft supplier order or notify you to raise it manually. You will review and confirm before any order is sent to the supplier.

Can I use IBIOS Marketplace on its own?

Yes. IBIOS Marketplace can be used on its own or together with other IBIOS products. Founding prices for waiting-list members are explained on the pricing page.

Does Marketplace sync shade-lot availability or just quantity?

Stock sync is coming soon. When it launches, it will sync both: when a channel requests stock availability, IBIOS will return the quantity available for the specific shade lot or batch the customer has selected, not just the total stock of that product across all batches. This prevents the scenario where a customer orders tiles and receives two different shade lots because one lot ran out mid-order.
