Founding offer terms
People who join the waiting list before launch can get up to 15% off their first 12 monthly payments, or a discount on their first annual payment (the percentage is confirmed before launch). After the first year, standard pricing applies. The discount depends on the plan. These are the full terms, in plain English. The offer is from IBIOS Limited, a company registered in Northern Ireland (NI743167).
Who qualifies
- Anyone who joins the IBIOS waiting list before launch, with a business email address.
- One offer per business. It is for new IBIOS customers on the plan they choose at launch.
- Joining is not a purchase. It creates no obligation on you or on us.
What the offer is
- Monthly plans: up to 15% off your first 12 monthly payments. From the 13th payment, standard pricing applies.
- Annual plans: a discount on your first annual payment. The percentage is confirmed before launch. At your first renewal, standard pricing applies.
- The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for anything else.
- It cannot be combined with another offer or discount.
What “up to” means
The percentage is the most you can get, not a rate every plan receives. Each plan has its own discount, and some plans, including the larger plans, carry more than others. Smaller plans may carry less than the ceiling, and a plan quoted individually is confirmed in its quote. We show the exact discount for the plan you choose before you buy. We do not publish prices on this page; founding prices are shared with waiting-list members, and the pricing page explains where that stands.
How do I claim the offer?
When your place becomes available we email you from the address you joined with. How the discount is applied (a link in that email or a code at checkout) is confirmed before launch. If you change plan during your first year, the discount for the new plan may be lower, and it will be shown to you first.
When it ends
The closing date is to be confirmed. We will state it on this page and in the waiting-list emails well before it arrives. We do not use countdown timers or claim that places are limited. We may change or withdraw the offer before launch; if we do, we will say so here, and people already on the list will be told by email.
Which products does it cover?
It applies to the plans you choose at launch, such as the AI Company Brain, IBIOS Meet and IBIOS Remote. Each product page says plainly whether it is live or coming soon.
Your details
We use what you give us to manage your place on the waiting list and to email you about your place. Marketing emails are a separate, optional tick box that is not ticked for you; the offer does not depend on it. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@ibios.io, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. Read the privacy policy.
Questions about the offer
- Do I have to buy anything to join the waiting list?
- No. Joining the waiting list is free, takes no payment and creates no obligation on either side. You can leave at any time.
- Does the discount last for the life of my plan?
- No. It applies to the first year only: the first 12 monthly payments on a monthly plan, or the first annual payment on an annual plan. Standard pricing applies after that.
- Does every plan get the full discount?
- No. The percentage is a ceiling: the discount depends on the plan you choose, and the exact figure is shown before you buy. Some plans will receive less than the ceiling.
- Do I need to agree to marketing emails to qualify?
- No. Marketing emails are a separate, optional tick box on the sign-up form. Your place on the list and the offer do not depend on it.
