AI Quote Reviewer: check the quote before the customer sees it

AI Quote Reviewer is a second pair of eyes on a quote before it is sent. It looks for things that are easy to miss in a bathroom quote, such as a missing vanity unit, bath panel or waste, a wrong product link, or a line priced below cost, and shows the person what it found. It is coming soon and is not live yet.

Who it is for: Bathroom, kitchen and trade businesses whose quotes have many lines and where one forgotten item costs real money.

What does AI Quote Reviewer catch?

It is designed to catch the gaps that cost money after the customer has said yes: the vanity unit that was never added, the bath with no panel or waste, a product linked to the wrong item, or a line sold for less than it cost.

Each finding says what it saw and why it matters. It does not change the quote. A person reads the finding and fixes the quote or dismisses it.

Does the AI decide what is missing?

The main checks are fixed rules your company confirms, such as "a built-in bath needs a panel and a waste", not guesses. Product descriptions on quotes come from your catalogue fields and are never written by AI. A quote line is judged as a whole, because a nominal size is not the actual size.

Suggestions based on what you often sell together are labelled as suggestions and are off unless your company switches them on.

Who sees the cost and margin findings?

Only people allowed to see cost. A salesperson without cost rights never sees a cost figure in a finding. Access is designed to be checked on the server, not just hidden on screen, and changes to rules are designed to be written to an audit log.

Is it live, and how is it related to the rest of IBIOS?

No. It is coming soon. It builds on IBIOS Quote Studio, which is live. The Needs you assistant is a separate coming-soon feature that flags stalled quotes after they are sent.

Each finding says what it saw and why it matters. It does not change the quote. A person fixes the quote or dismisses the finding.

Only if they have the right to see cost. Cost and margin findings are hidden from everyone else.

Does AI write the product descriptions?

No. Product descriptions are assembled from your catalogue fields and never composed by AI.
