Manager’s PA: an AI personal assistant for managers (coming soon)
Manager’s PA is a planned AI assistant for owners and managers of small businesses. It would read the records and messages that manager is allowed to see and tell them what matters today: jobs at risk, suppliers on hold, customers waiting for a reply and promises coming due. It only suggests, a person approves everything, and it is coming soon.
Who it is for: Owners and managers of trade, showroom and installation businesses who spend the morning working out what has gone wrong overnight.

What would an AI personal assistant for managers do?
Manager’s PA is designed around a real incident: a supplier’s credit hold was lifted, the order was never released, and a bathroom was ripped out with no tiles to put back.
The assistant would watch for that kind of gap in what the manager is allowed to see, and say so in plain English with the record behind it. It is coming soon and is at design stage, so none of this works today.
Does Manager’s PA act on its own?
No. It is designed to suggest only. It might draft a supplier chaser or propose moving a fit, but a person reads it, approves it and sends it. Nothing is sent, assigned or rescheduled without that approval.
It follows the manager’s own permissions, so it can only raise what that manager could already open in IBIOS. It measures suppliers, for example how often they are late, and does not score staff.
How does it relate to the AI brain and the email writer?
It is meant to build on the same foundations as the IBIOS AI Company Brain, which answers questions from your own records today, and the IBIOS AI Email Writer, which writes drafts for a person to send.
It also depends on the planned messaging hub, so it can see which message belongs to which job. That is why we are not giving a date.

You approve every action
It only suggests. A person reads, approves and sends anything, and nothing is sent, assigned or rescheduled without that.

Will it send emails or chase suppliers by itself?
No. It is designed to suggest only. A person approves every send, assignment and reschedule.
Will it monitor or score my staff?
No. It is designed to measure suppliers, such as late deliveries, and never to score people.
What will it be able to see?
Only what the manager using it is allowed to see in IBIOS. It follows that person’s own permissions.
What is the difference between Manager’s PA and the AI company brain?
The IBIOS AI Company Brain answers questions you ask, through Ask IBIOS, and is live for typed questions. Manager’s PA is planned to raise what needs attention without being asked, and is coming soon.
