Draft reply writes a reply from the facts on the customer’s record, and Rewrite tidies what you typed; both are in beta. A person always reads the message and sends it, and prices and bank details come from your records, not from the AI.

What does the AI email writer read before it writes?

It reads the facts on your own records for that customer: the quote, payments, the appointment and the email thread. A reply to “is my tiling order on its way” is written from what the order record says, not from a guess.

Some AI processing uses US providers (Groq and OpenAI), as listed on the sub-processors page. Prices and bank details are locked: they are taken from your records and Settings, and the AI cannot change them.

What is the difference between Draft reply and Rewrite?

Draft reply starts from the customer’s email and your records and writes the reply for you to edit. Rewrite starts from your own words and polishes them, keeping the facts as you wrote them.

Both are live. Short, Standard and Detailed length, Friendlier and Firmer tone, and highlighted changes with undo are in beta, which means they are built and being switched on, not yet everywhere.

Does it send emails by itself?

No. A person reads every message and presses send. There is no auto-reply and no autonomous sending. In beta, the writer also flags promises that the record does not back, such as a discount, a warranty, a refund or a delivery date, so you can fix them before the message leaves.

Open the thread in IBIOS, on the web or in the mobile app, beside the quote and job.
Draft a reply or rewrite yours
Press Draft reply to get a reply built from the facts on the record, or type your own and press Rewrite. In beta you can also choose length and tone.
Read, edit and send
A person reads the message and sends it. Prices and bank details are locked to your records, and in beta the changes are highlighted with undo.
