Needs you: an AI assistant that flags stalled quotes and unpaid balances

Needs you is a screen in IBIOS, backed by AI agents, that shows each person the few things that need them today: a quote that has stalled, a balance that is overdue. The agents only suggest. A person accepts or hides each card, and nothing is sent to a customer without a human. It is coming soon and is not live yet.

Who it is for: Owners and managers who lose track of follow-ups across quotes, jobs and payments and want a short, honest list each morning.

What does the Needs you assistant do?

Needs you reads quotes, jobs and payments and raises a card when something looks stuck, for example a quote that nobody has followed up or a balance that is past due. Each card says what it saw and links to the record, so you can check it in a click.

It is coming soon. It runs on our staging system today and is not switched on for customers.

Do the AI agents act on their own?

No. The agents suggest and a person decides. A card can be accepted, which opens the right screen, or hidden for you. An AI draft never goes to a customer until a person approves it.

Agents are designed to have the same limits as the person they work for, so they cannot see more than that person can. They are designed to be switched on per company and per agent, with a kill switch and a cap on AI spending. None of this is on production yet.

How does it avoid telling you something wrong?

Each card is designed to be re-checked against your own records and your permissions before it is shown. The wording is designed to pass through a shared truth layer that checks claims against IBIOS records, cites its sources and says "I can’t see that" instead of guessing. The record beats the transcript.

This reduces wrong flags; it does not make mistakes impossible, and we make no claim of zero errors.

Where does it fit with chasing payments?

Needs you flags an overdue balance for a person. Sending a reminder to the customer is a separate step and stays a human decision: see payment chasing, also coming soon. Check what is live in payments and cash flow.

Is the Needs you assistant available now?

No. It is coming soon. It runs on our staging system and is not switched on for customers.

Will the AI chase my customers by itself?

No. Agents suggest. A person approves anything that goes to a customer.

Who can see unpaid-balance cards?

Only people allowed to see payment information: managers, directors and owners by default, adjustable per person.

Can I hide a card without hiding it from my team?

Yes. Hide for me hides a card only for you. Accepting a card is shared.

Are the AI agents safe to leave running?

They are designed with limits: per-agent switches, a kill switch, a spending cap, and a check of every card against your records and permissions. We do not claim they cannot make mistakes.
