IBIOS (Meet, live translation, Smart Notes, Assist, Remote) status:Coming soon

IBIOS vs live translation tools: Wordly, Palabra, DeepL Voice, KUDO and JotMe

IBIOS is designed as one system: video meetings, live translation, AI notes and summaries, and remote support, all linked to your customers, quotes and jobs. Those meeting and translation parts are coming soon and not live, so today they are not a replacement for the five tools below, which each present their product as available now. The CRM, quotes and jobs they would connect to are live in IBIOS today.

Wordly, Palabra, DeepL Voice, KUDO and JotMe facts checked from the sources listed below. Product details change; check the vendor's own page before you decide.

Are live translation tools translation only?

Not all of them. On 31 October 2026 Wordly’s page listed transcripts and AI summaries, and JotMe’s page listed meeting notes and summaries alongside translation. Palabra, DeepL Voice and KUDO describe translation products and did not mention notes or summaries on the pages we read.

What none of the five pages described was a link to a CRM, quotes or jobs, or a remote support tool. That gap, not translation itself, is what IBIOS is designed to fill.

When are these tools the better choice?

Whenever you need translation now. They are available today and IBIOS Meet and live translation are not, so for an event next month or a team that needs captions this week, choose one of them.

KUDO also describes human interpreters, which suits legal, medical or high-value conversations where every word matters. IBIOS does not plan human interpreters.

What is IBIOS designed to do differently?

The idea is one system rather than five tools. A video meeting in IBIOS Meet with live translation, notes from Appointment Smart Notes, help on a customer’s screen with IBIOS Assist or IBIOS Remote, and every part linked to the customer record, the quote, the job and the follow-up.

The meeting, translation and remote support parts are coming soon and none is live. Appointment Smart Notes is live for in-person appointments at Isabella Bathrooms. The customer record, quotes and jobs are live today. Anything the AI drafts, such as a follow-up task, is a draft that a person confirms.

How should you choose?

Start with whether the conversation must end up on a customer, supplier or job record. If it does not, a translation tool on its own may be all you need. If it does, ask each vendor how the notes, translation and follow-ups reach your business system, and check the vendor’s own page on the day you decide, because these products change.

Questions people ask

Do tools like Wordly, Palabra, DeepL Voice, KUDO and JotMe only do translation?

Not all of them. On 31 October 2026 Wordly listed transcripts and AI summaries and JotMe listed meeting notes and summaries. Palabra, DeepL Voice and KUDO described translation products and did not mention notes on the pages we read. None of the five pages described a CRM link or remote support.

Is IBIOS a Wordly, Palabra, DeepL Voice, KUDO or JotMe alternative?

Not yet. The IBIOS meeting and translation features are coming soon and not live (Appointment Smart Notes, for in-person appointments, is live at Isabella Bathrooms), while the five tools present their products as available now. IBIOS is designed to put translation, notes and remote support in one system linked to your CRM, quotes and jobs.

What is live in IBIOS today?

The customer record (CRM), quotes and jobs, call reports from the recordings your phone provider makes, and typed Ask IBIOS questions. Appointment Smart Notes is live at Isabella Bathrooms. Meet, live translation, Assist and Remote are coming soon.

Does IBIOS plan human interpreters?

No. KUDO describes human interpreters on demand; IBIOS plans AI translation only and recommends a qualified interpreter for legal or formal matters.

Where did this comparison get its facts about the five tools?

From each vendor’s own public page, read on 31 October 2026 and listed under Sources. Where a page did not mention something, we say so and do not claim the vendor lacks it.
