The showroom consultation sheet is a printable two-page sheet for a customer appointment, with a QR code that links back to the record. After a survey, a photo of the drawing page can be attached to the job as a survey drawing. It is live and in use at Isabella Bathrooms. Scanning the survey page from the phone app is not built yet.
Who it is for: Bathroom and kitchen showrooms that still take notes on paper in the showroom and want them on the right customer record.

What is a showroom consultation sheet?
It is a printed sheet for the conversation in the showroom: customer name, appointment, room length, width and height, bathroom type, a grid for the products chosen and a QR code that opens the record. It is printed on demand and is not filed.
It is live and in use at Isabella Bathrooms.
What does the QR code do?
It links the paper sheet to the customer record so notes and choices end up in the right place. Earlier sheets for the same customer are replaced when a new one is printed.
How does the survey drawing attach work?
After a survey, a photo of the drawing page is attached to the job as a Survey drawing. IBIOS does not try to read numbers from it. The phone screen for scanning the survey page is not built yet.
How does it fit with appointments?
The sheet is printed from an appointment in the IBIOS calendar. The conversation itself can be written up by Appointment Smart Notes, which is live at Isabella Bathrooms. The quote is made in Quote Studio, which is live.

Print it from the appointment
Print the sheet from an appointment, the customer page or the job page. It carries the customer name, the appointment, a product grid and a QR code.
Use it in the showroom conversation
Write the room measurements and the products chosen on the sheet. The QR code links the paper back to the customer record.
Attach the survey drawing
After a survey, attach a photo of the drawing page to the job as a Survey drawing. No text is read from it.

Is the consultation sheet available now?
Yes. It is live and in use at Isabella Bathrooms.
Does the sheet contain personal data?
Only the customer’s name, the appointment and the details you type in. It says to shred it after use.
Does IBIOS read the survey drawing?
No. A photo of the drawing page attaches to the job as a Survey drawing. No numbers are extracted from it.
Can I scan the survey drawing from my phone?
