How does IBIOS keep Wix Bookings and GoHighLevel in step?

IBIOS sits in the middle. A booking made in Wix Bookings or GoHighLevel appears in the IBIOS calendar, and IBIOS checks it against that member of staff’s other appointments. This is live today at our first business.

Will it sync with Google Calendar and Outlook?

Coming soon. Google Calendar sync and Outlook sync are not released. We will not call them live until they are on production.

What happens when two bookings clash?

A possible clash is shown as a notice with a Confirm OK choice for the person, and the booking is kept rather than dropped. This went live in production on 2 November 2026.

How IBIOS calendar sync works

A booking is made
A customer books through Wix Bookings or GoHighLevel.
It appears in the IBIOS calendar
IBIOS adds the booking to its calendar and checks it against that member of staff’s other appointments.
A possible clash is flagged, not dropped
If there may be a clash, a notice shows with a Confirm OK choice for a person. The booking is kept, not silently discarded.
