Know the customer’s history before every appointment

Customer briefings are an IBIOS AI feature that summarises a customer’s history before an appointment, so your team walks in knowing what was said and done. The briefing comes from the records IBIOS already holds on that customer. It is live in IBIOS and in use at Isabella Bathrooms, and part of IBIOS, rolling out to founding members.

Who it is for: Showroom consultants, sales teams and anyone who picks up a customer another colleague spoke to last, and does not want to ask the same questions twice.

Coming

    What is a customer briefing?

Before an appointment, you want to know who is coming and what has already been said. A customer briefing is a short summary of that history, written by IBIOS AI from the customer record. It saves reading a long trail before the customer arrives.

Where does the history come from?

From records IBIOS already holds. That includes reports from your recorded calls, which are part of call intelligence and meetings and call reports. Nobody has to write the briefing by hand.

The briefing is about the job, not the person. IBIOS does not score customers or staff.

How does it fit with the appointment itself?

The briefing helps before the visit. During the visit, Appointment Smart Notes can record the conversation, with the customer asked first, and put the notes on the same customer record.
