What is a fitter job pack?
A job pack is the paper a fitter takes to site: what is being fitted, where it goes, and the plans. IBIOS makes it from the job. Prices are left off, so a fitter never sees what the customer is paying.
What is in the pack?
The plans and the products. Plans live on the job, where you can keep job photos and drawings, including 2D drawings and 3D plans you have uploaded. The products come from the quote made in Quote Studio.
How does a fitter get the pack?
You can print it. Fitters also see their own jobs, and the packs for them, on the IBIOS app, as part of fitter planning. Fitter planning is part of IBIOS, rolling out to founding members.
How to make a fitter job pack in IBIOS
Open the job
Open the job made from the accepted quote. Add any plans or drawings to it.
Make the pack
IBIOS builds a job pack with the plans and the products. Prices are left off.
Print and hand over
Print the pack for the fitter.
Join the waiting list for up to 15% off at launch
People who join the waiting list before launch can get up to 15% off their first 12 monthly payments, or a discount on their first annual payment (the percentage is confirmed before launch). After the first year, standard pricing applies. The discount depends on the plan.
