When a customer asks for a discount, many showrooms go on gut feel. Discount intelligence puts a recommended discount on the quote page, powered by IBIOS AI, so the person quoting has something to work from. It sits with the quote in Quote Studio, where the discount is applied.
IBIOS recommends. You decide. Nothing is applied to a quote until a person applies it.
What are conversion bands?
Alongside the recommended discount, the quote page shows conversion bands, so you can weigh a discount against the chance of the quote converting. We publish no accuracy figure and make no promise about what a discount will do to any one sale.
How does it fit with discount limits and approval?
Discount limits are set per person, so a consultant cannot go past their limit alone. See discount approval. Discount intelligence helps you choose a number inside those limits. Quotes then move through the quote pipeline as usual.
How to use a recommended discount in IBIOS
Open the quote
Open the quote in Quote Studio and go to the discount.
Read the recommendation
IBIOS AI shows a recommended discount, with conversion bands, on the quote page.
Choose the discount
You decide the discount, inside your own limit. Anything over your limit goes for approval.
Join the waiting list for up to 15% off at launch
People who join the waiting list before launch can get up to 15% off their first 12 monthly payments, or a discount on their first annual payment (the percentage is confirmed before launch). After the first year, standard pricing applies. The discount depends on the plan.
