What are quote revisions?
Quotes change. The customer swaps a basin, adds a heated rail, or drops the tiles. Instead of overwriting the old quote, IBIOS keeps each change as a new version, so v1 stays as it was and the next one becomes v2. The quote is made in Quote Studio and the versions stay with it.
How do I see what the customer was shown?
Each version is numbered and its changes are tracked, so you can see what was different in each one. Because every version is kept, you can see what the customer was shown. Customers can accept online with the quote acceptance link, and contracts made from quotes can be signed with e-sign.
Can I go back to an earlier quote?
Yes. You can revert to an earlier revision if the customer changes their mind. The later versions are not lost. The quote sits on the customer record with the rest of the history.
