What is a customer mood board in IBIOS?
A mood board is a page that shows the look of the room you have designed, pulled together so the customer can picture it. IBIOS sends it as a link with the quote. The link is price-free, so it can be passed around the family without the numbers going with it.
The quote itself is made in Quote Studio, and the mood board goes out with it.
Why send a mood board with the quote?
A quote is a list of lines and totals. A mood board is the room. Customers decide on how a space will feel, and a board helps the ones who cannot read a plan or a product list. It also gives the customer something to show a partner or a friend that does not carry the price.
Because the quote and the board go out together, you can follow the quote through the quote pipeline as normal.
Where do the customer and their quote live?
On the customer record, with the rest of their history. When the customer asks about the board, your team can open the same customer and see what was sent.
